Nature of Our Service
Corporate Gifts Calgary operates as a corporate gifting concierge service and vendor directory. We help businesses identify, evaluate, and connect with third-party vendors who provide corporate gift products and services. We are an intermediary and facilitator. We do not manufacture, produce, store, package, or deliver any gift products ourselves. All products and services referenced on this Website are provided by independent third-party vendors.
When you submit an inquiry through our Website, we use the information you provide to recommend suitable vendors and gift options from our network. Any purchase, order, or transaction you enter into is between you and the vendor directly. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor.
No Guarantee of Vendor Performance
While we make reasonable efforts to work with reputable vendors, we do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any products, services, information, or materials provided by any vendor in our network or listed in our directory. We do not guarantee delivery timelines, product availability, branding accuracy, or any other aspect of a vendor’s performance.
Any issues arising from a transaction with a vendor, including but not limited to product quality, delivery delays, damaged goods, incorrect orders, or refund disputes, are between you and the vendor. Corporate Gifts Calgary is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your dealings with any vendor.
Directory Listings
Our vendor directory may include listings for businesses that serve the corporate gifting market in Calgary and surrounding areas. Some listings may be created using publicly available information (such as business names, categories, and website URLs) as permitted by applicable law. Businesses listed in our directory may appear in free or paid listing tiers.
Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any listed business. We do not verify the credentials, licensing, insurance, or financial status of listed vendors unless explicitly stated. If you are a business listed in our directory and wish to update or remove your listing, contact us at ross@corporategiftscalgary.ca and we will process your request within 5 business days.
Vendor Listing Subscriptions
Vendors may purchase paid listing subscriptions to enhance their visibility in our directory. All listing subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice before any renewal date. Listing placement, including featured placement and category positioning, is determined at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or modify any listing at any time for any reason.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our Website is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Website, including vendor information, product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchasing or business decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corporate Gifts Calgary, its owners, operators, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your reliance on any information provided on the Website, your dealings with any vendor, or any other matter related to our services.
